Who We Are - Why Were Doing This
Orange County Family's
OC Probate Mafia was coined by investigative journalists covering stories of families in Orange County, California, who uncovered a ring of corrupt attorneys, judges, licensed fiduciaries, medical professionals, and real estate agents, who collectively work together to seek out and prey upon families to gain total control of our Orange County elders, which includes total take-over of the elders - bank accounts, retirement investments, SS/VA benefits, real estate, homes and businesses, health care and place of residence - A common opus operatum is to wrongfully and unlawfully remove dedicated family members who were caring for and managing their elder parents affairs and were appointed to do such, through previously established living trusts, and wills. The cabal's game - remove family members, get control and churn legal fees till its all gone, leaving you and your elder parents broke.
Exposing the OC Probate Cabal
The discovery is so abhorrent, that we're spreading the word to all families in Southern California, to hopefully prevent the suffering our family's have endured. We are publically sharing this cabal, and are here to support the past, current, and upcoming and unknowing victims, with facts, evidence, and guidance. It's not complicated, you don't need a law degree to understand, its real, it's happening and everyone needs to be aware - even families with living trust and will documents established - as many of our parents had them, but were taken over, and in some cases changed. Orange County families need to stay alert about those involved in the corruption, their connections, and how to protect yourself and your family.
What Were Doing
Knowledge is power, and spreading it, even more powerful. In a short period of time, the corrupt players involved, their names, positions, playbooks, connections, and their victim's stories are getting out, spreading as far as, the east coast. Families already trapped are finding us, understanding the truth, and that, they weren't "imagining it" and are no longer feeling alone.
